At the branch level, we constantly nurture and promote an interconnected office culture that extends to our candidates. Our account managers are actively involved in candidate selection, while our recruiting teams conduct extensive background and reference checks on every candidate we refer. We understand the substantial financial cost of a hiring mistake and realize that it is essential that our candidates are the right cultural fit for the client we match them with. Our principal goal is to place candidates who will fit seamlessly within each client’s work environment and contribute meaningfully to achieving client business objectives.
All of our recruiters have been trained in professional recruiting techniques and sales skills in order to uncover and attract the most qualified candidates. On average, a Modis branch recruiting team member has eight years of IT and/or recruiting experience. Additionally, most of our recruiting teams include at least one former IT consultant who can draw upon their own knowledge to not only deliver the best candidate for virtually any position, but to also recommend additional candidates for other project needs.
