In its Software Process Improvement (SPI) program, Infinity has been guided by the Software Engineering Institute�s Capability Maturity Model (CMM). Infinity has built its software processes conforming to the CMM. Infinity�s Quality Assurance program encompasses all the activities of Project Life Cycle starting from: proposal, contract, project initiation, requirement definition, high-level design, low-level design, coding, testing, user acceptance, installation, and implementation as well as the supporting functions. Infinity has an independent Software Quality Assurance Group working on quality aspects of all the projects and ensuring the adherence to the standards. In addition, each project has designated individuals primarily responsible for quality processes of their project. All employees of Infinity are trained to implement these quality processes. The Quality Policy requires strict adherence to the stated guidelines.
