Our Principals
Roz L. Alford – Principal/Owner of ASAP Solutions Group
Prior to launching ASAP Staffing in 1989, Roz completed corporate assignments focusing on linguistics and human resources with Fortune 500 corporations, including Kraft Foods. In 1995, she partnered with Nancy Williams to create the entity now known as ASAP Solutions Group. Roz has leveraged her skills for identifying, developing and promoting talent to build a high performing ASAP team of professionals and consultants. She continues to work closely with all business units and functional areas of the company to ensure operational excellence. Under her guidance and leadership and in partnership with Nancy, ASAP has launched Consulting, Workforce Compliance and Managed Services business units to augment the Staffing business. ASAP has also expanded globally by establishing an offshore facility in Hyderabad, India.

In 2011, Roz was appointed by President Obama to the National Women’s Business Council (NWBC), which is a bi-partisan, federal advisory council created to provide advice and policy recommendations to the President, Congress and SBA on economic issues of importance to women business owners. She devotes significant time and energy to supporting programs in the women’s business community and actively participates in the Women Presidents’ Organization (WPO) among other organizations. She is also an advocate for many charitable organizations including Junior Achievement, The American Red Cross and The United Way. Roz received a Bachelor of Science from the Johann Wolfgang von Goethe Institute in Frankfurt, Germany and the University of Chicago.
